You can bring it on an airplane or long road trip, use it as everyday lumbar support, or keep it stashed in your pocket for an emergency nap. Additionally, this pillow is great for hammock napping and even lumbar support when sitting for long periods. This is a little tricky, as the valve will immediately release all the air you just blew up the pillow with before you can close it unless you use two hands and twist it closed while inflating. It's overall scores make the Nemo Elite a perfect option for adventurists looking to limit weight and size. Oddly, NEMO includes a sewn-in loop on only one side of the pillow, presumably for hanging the pillow in storage.

However, when compared to other (especially ultralight) inflatable pillows, the extra layering of padding in the Fillo does a good job of tempering the sound. Ultimately just James and I made it down to the Grand Canyon for the run and the area had just received its first snow of the season a few days prior. If you are looking for a camping pillow to keep you comfortable on almost any trip you take it on; we are confident that you will enjoy this one as much as we did.The White Rim has been on my radar as an iconic loop for quite a while now, and it was one of the first big adventures on my list to do after moving to Utah.

Fillo Luxury offers a larger size and shock cord lacing on the underside of the pillow to hold a folded up sweatshirt or gear to add loft. The award-winning Fillo™ Elite backpacking pillow brings clever design to an often-overlooked piece of gear: the humble camp pillow. It's small enough and folds flat to even take backpacking though for my UL needs it's a bit too much. The Fillo Elite is definitely not what I’d describe as luxurious, but it’s (much) better than nothing, and better comfort wise than lighter alternatives as well, for a very small weight penalty. This pillow's stuff sack is rather small, though, which made it more difficult to get the pillow inside.

Nemo's Fillo Elite Pillow is not only small and lightweight, but also extremely comfortable to use thanks to the layer of Primaloft insulation. Thankfully I answered as it was a river ranger saying I was next on the list for a late January launch - I was ecstatic!
