About this deal

I'm not familiar with the specifics of making cotton candy and whether it can be burnt/overdone, but this is the feeing I get. It’s sweet, can feel juvenile at times with the cotton candy but that burnt bourbon vanilla note gives it some age. I don’t know what I was expecting to get when I blindly bought it, but this perfume has all these notes that I hate: monoi, tiare, mimosa and ylang-ylang.

I got a sample of this and was looking forward to smelling it as I love sweet scents, but I’m extremely disappointed. Best perfume i have ever had hands down, the tube it came in just tops it off it would be a perfect gift for a fellow perfume lover! My nose is so sensitive that if something just overpowers my senses in a bad way, I will do everything possible to avoid it.I was particularly interested in this having the word “creamy” in the title and coconut and vanilla notes (which I love). It's girly- and if you spritz lightly, it works very well spritzed lightly on a cool day- feminine and sweet. i just got this perfume at walmart today and i love it so far, sweet perfumes that make me smell yummy are my favorite. I'm not that fond of this note, it often feels a little too sharp and clean to me, but that's just what this sweet floral gourmand bomb needs. Pink Sugar cost me about 14 euros for 100ml, Soft was 7 euro for 35ml (which would be 19,5 euros for 100 ml) - both are pretty cheap.

It makes me want to put on some Britney Spears and flip through People magazine while I let my nails dry. the first few times i wore this the greener notes really threw me off, but since it dries down to a nice vanilla prominent scent i kept wearing it and i am so glad i did! But keep in mind, it is still quite sweet so if you don't like that, do not go near any of the pink sugar perfumes.I’ve never seen a perfume evoke such strong emotions for so many people, it’s honesty impressive and dare I say iconic and I truly believe it’s due to the strong licorice notes within it. Mimosa and ylang-ylang take place of licorice, but if in the original Pink Sugar licorice is a very nice twist that doesn't ruin the composition and feels like the missing piece of the puzzle, yellow florals in Creamy Sunshine seem out of place. I can pick out the caramel, sugar, ylang ylang and weirdly enough, the monoi oil note which leans slightly pungent and masculine on me. HOWEVER, the next morning as I was getting ready, I was smelling a mysterious sweet, caramel scent emitting from somewhere on my dresser. Im a gourmand girly who loves sugar scents but i can easily see how the sugariness of this one could be headache inducing to some.

I keep seeing it since I started watching these youtube 'perfume collection' videos, more than ten years ago. it’s sweet in a nostalgic way but also, if used correctly, can smell slightly unnerving/unsettling, in the same way that angel is. It smells like licorice, cotton candy and Barbie doll (it has a synthetic, powdery, sweet scent that is reminiscent of the soft plastic that doll heads are made from, maybe that's just me though). You will immediately be greeted by the scent of sugar, caramel, and vanilla, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere around you. Quickly figured out it is a legendary, early 2000s scent that a lot of people know- love- and/or find offensive. The longevity of both is very good but Soft last much longer with pretty decent sillage, but for PS since its EDT the longevity is much better than I expected. Smells like you applied Clinique’s Happy on top of the original Pink Sugar’s drydown (seriously); luminous, sweet orange citruses paired with sappy, green-tinged, subtly creamy and soapy lily-of-the-valley.

it gets better over time, but it's too sugary for me, i was hoping for it to be heavier on the tropical florals.

Imagine the original base of pink sugar combined with florals - that floral being an Angel Trumpet bloom.
