Not only that, cushion foundations are one of the most travel-friendly makeup products. Meaning you don't have to worry about opening your carry-on to an explosion of makeup. Cushion foundations are all the hype at the moment and I’ve been wanting to try them for months. I had my eyes set on the Lancome one, but the price was always just a bit too high to justify the spend, especially considering that there’s usually less product in the cushion versions. Now with the release of the L’Oreal Nude Magique Cushion Foundation (long name…), I couldn’t resist the trend any longer.

Why We Love It: There are many reasons to love mineral makeup… especially an affordable and effective drugstore mineral foundation—such as L’Oréal Paris True Match Mineral Foundation—that can improve the appearance of your complexion without burning a hole in your wallet. If you’re a fan of full coverage, you won’t be able to get that result from this foundation, but for the natural and fresh look it’s a standout product from the drugstore. In fact, it’s probably my favourite in this price range at the moment. If you’re still wondering whether the L’Oreal Nude Magique Cushion Foundation is right for you, let me tell you that it seems to be my husband’s favourite 🙂 Not that we should ever wear makeup for someone else, but if your significant other comments on how fresh and natural your makeup looks without being prompted, it does mean a lot.
