About this deal

latest chip set, same as the B3N => up to 5 effects per patch (vs 4 on the MS-60B); and you can set to use a patch as a bank of 5 individual effects which is very neat I got my son the Guitar version a while afterwards and he wanted the bass one as well, so we got another. Ive used it ever since. I really only use one amp/cab set up, I don’t use the effects as such, but i do use the pitch shifter for learning songs in other keys (not a great tone, but good enough for me to learn with). I know the B3n is still better, but not better enough for me to give up the portability. I wish i had kept my old B3 now.... I've fallen in love with the B1 Four because it allows me to create and save my own patches effortlessly. The user-friendly interface makes it a breeze to dial in the perfect settings for any song or style. I have a collection of go-to patches that I rely on, ensuring I always have the right sound for every occasion. Craft your signature sound with more than 60 traditional and boutique effects, such as octaver, bass synth and fuzz. For editing purposes on your PC either the free Zoom editing software or that provided by ToneLib - Zoom are both really useful.

For customers in outlying areas of the country, the price of the Extended Warranty may be marginally higher, due to the potential for higher collection and redelivery transport costs. I have owned lots of the available and not so available preamp pedals and preamp pedal with effects modelers and have to say……Play your bass to 68 different drum patterns! The B1 FOUR series offers a built-in drum machine with a variety of rhythm patterns in 4/4, 3/4 and more. Lay down a bassline up to 30 seconds, and then endlessly overdub your performance to build a dynamic, multi-part arrangement. The Free Bman is actually @JohnDaBass's contribution rather than mine (credit where it's due and all that! ) Recreate your on-stage sound with 9 classic amps and cabinets like Fender, Ampeg, Aguilar and more*.

Be able to edit with Guitar Lab / no doubt the excellent Tone Lib software will be adapted for this very shortly also too. As @Chienmortbb said above " It is a PITA to programme any digital multi effects unit from the knobs and buttons on the front." Completely agree, particularly the MS-60B in my experience. significantly easier to use interface. The MS-60B used to do my head in before the advent of patch editing software; but the ToneLib PC editing software is free, easy to use and makes creating and editing patches a doddle on all Zoom pedals and has levelled the playing field on that score.Lay down a bassline up to 30 seconds, and then endlessly overdub your performance to build a dynamic, multi-part arrangement.

The built-in looper functionality is a game-changer for bass players. It empowers you to layer your bass lines, create intricate arrangements, and explore your musical creativity. Whether you're practicing, composing, or performing live, the looper opens up a world of possibilities and takes your playing to the next level. Please note that unfortunately the patches are model specific e.g. a B1-4 patch can't be used on a B1-4X or B3N You may, of course, want to use two HPFs in the chain to have an effective twin HPF set-up in the way @jrixn1 described above - but that would be a general approach rather than specifically to deal with low frequencies created by effects.
