The paintjob is pretty good, not perfectly accurate but definitely very good for a mass produced item with the type of high detailed job a Boba helmet requires. But this is definitely the area where it will pale in comparison to a real high quality handmade one. It will be very obvious, the layers just arent really present and the silver metal color doesnt sheen like you would expect. They definitely made an effort to make it FEEL layered though, the helmet feels really nice to touch, but when looking at it you can tell it isnt.
